Yay, miracles do happen. The suit has just arrived! I’m very impressed with it too, although I’ve yet to see it on Hubby. Let’s just hope it fits!
I take it all back - he wasn't mad at all!

I have friends who after a boozy night left our house still fairly inebriated one sunday morning for a rendezvous with a china man in a hotel room in Birmingham. On paper yes it sounds decidely dodgy, but so very Daisy and Davey Turnip. Glad the merchandise arrived and just hope it fits! Davey would love Quito as there are fantastic fabric shops everywhere so that you can walk in pick a fabric and a man named Carlos (2 in 3 men are called Carlos in Ecuador) will make you a suit to order and you can pick it up 3 days later!
Love Tilley x
Dear Tilley
Please don't tell him that - I fear he'd book flights purely for the shopping! Even more scarey is the fact that he got incredibly adventurous with the lining – went for a ‘bright lemon’ he told me.
On its arrival is see that it isn’t really ‘bright’ – it’s more of a very very fluorescent. Being forever the optimist and looking on the ‘bright’ side, he could always turn it inside out and do a spot of moonlighting on the motorway road works night shift!!
Your friends sound very strange! : ) x
